I have Oracle 8.1.7 and D2K 6i. There is a D2K client on W2K (Professional). When I am printing a Report through this W2K machine, 1 page printout goes to 2-3 pages. But when I am taking the same print from Windows 98 D2K client, it is giving a perfect printout.

Why is this happening and is it a compatible problem. If yes, then is there any patch to solve the problem? Please suggest ASAP.

Hello,
Change the Number of rows in the Print Style Form to 57, and also change the number of rows in the L.prt (or HPL.prt) driver file to be 57 ( if different ) once the rows in print style and driver file are set to 57, the improper breaks should then be eliminated.

See if that Helps , the above is the recommendation from oracle..
