Hi,
I am having a very urgent problem in util_file utility
I am using HP-UX, Oralce 8.1.7
I am running a very large application and some times it is required to debug it. We are achiving this by writing a debug file to the server using util_file utility. I am facing a strange problem. My debug file stops writing after 32KB of data. After that none of the messages are beging written to the file. the util_file_directory in the init file is set to '*'. Even if I remove one or two debug messages, even then it will write some other message and after writing 32KB it stops again.

Can anyone have any clue on this
regards
Bijesh

32 K is the max in PL/SQL. Are you writing it witn one single call to utl_file?

If no then please show use your code that's making the UTL_FILE calls.
