I can run Forms 11g on my server machine without any issue..
192.168.1.10:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=sonu
While Running 192.168.1.10:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=sonu on my other local lan client i get the following message in web browser
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found

Sounds like you are trying to run a Form from your client using the local instance of the WebLogic Server (the "Start WebLogic Admin Server" batch file - which is used for Development purposes) rather than using the actual WebLogic Server instance running as a service on your server.
Can you please list the steps you followed for configuring your WebLogic Server to serve your Forms Application to web clients?
