I have read Oracle 11g in my computer science curriculum but now, I wish to have my certification done on Oracle 12c 1z0-061. What may be the best possible way to prepare? I intend to wrap things up in a maximum of 3weeks. Are the dumps available on the net effective? Any suggestions please.

As for 'studying Oracle 11g' but wanting to pass 1Z0-061 -- there is very little about the SQL fundamentals exams that is version-specific. For that matter, there is little or no reason to choose 1Z0-061 over 1Z0-051. I wrote an article about the SQL Fundamentals exams and versions here:
