hi,
I am using oracle rac 11g r2 2 nodes on rhel5, after restarting 2nd node my ASM disks are not accessing. It is working fine on first node but on second node cant access. I have use scnadisks command but no luck, any idea.

Come on, man. All anyone can say from the information that you have provided is "You have configured ASM incorrectly". What did you do? What do you get from commands such as this on both nodes:
oracleasm configure
oracleasm status
oracleasm scandisks
oracleasm listdisks
oracleasm querydisk
rpm -qa|grep oracle
