I have few queries about Order Management sales order header / line cancellation.
1. Does cancelling all lines (assume all are eligible to be cancelled) in a sales order cancel the header as well ? If yes then any way to prevent it ?
2. If no then does the sales order remain in Booked status until we actually cancel the header as well ? If yes then can we just add new lines to this order ?
3. I see there is an option while cancelling a header, the option is called "Cancel remaining lines", this I believe cancels all the eligible lines in a sales order but does not cancel the header. How to do this via API ?
