I am trying to start svrmgrl and this is the error message i get. I am not sure if it has to do with env.

not sure whether 8.1.6 is supported with RH 8
modify the environmental settings so that they do not include $ORACLE_HOME/lib in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable and try again.
