Oracle 12c installed with Advanced Analytics and Real Application Testing options [message #638064]

I installed Oracle 12c Enterprise Edition but when i connect to the Instance i see message
"With the Partitioning, OLAP, Advanced Analytics and Real Application Testing options".

How can i find that these options are not enabled on my system so don't get in trouble later paying to oracle as all these are licensed products.

sqlplus / as sysdba

Connected to:
Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Advanced Analytics and Real Application Testing options

Thanks Michel Cadot for that short hint
With DETECTED_USAGES >0 i see 21 output.

Don't understand why Oracle allows users to install all the components and waits for them to use it by mistake and then charge for license.Why there are no options to select components while installation time.

chopt <enable|disable> <option>

options:
                  dm = Oracle Data Mining RDBMS Files
             ode_net = Oracle Database Extensions for .NET
                olap = Oracle OLAP
        partitioning = Oracle Partitioning
                 rat = Oracle Real Application Testing

e.g. chopt enable rat
