Installed Oracle 10g database.
Installed Oracle forms and reports 10g.
Installed Microsoft Loopback Adapter, DHCP is enabled. I obtain the IP address automatically.
When I run a form, I get limited or no connectivity and the form shows connecting, but that is all that it does.
The local Area Connection for the loopback shows 10mps.
The regular local Area Connection shows 100mps.
I tried deleting the loopback adapter, resetting it but it still shows 10mps.
I can connect to the internet with out Oracle forms with no problem.
I can connect with sqlplus and Oracle reports with no problem.
