Hi All,

Need your suggestions and inputs .

Myself raghu having 5 years of experience in which 4 years i was working in Oracle Applications (ERP) as a technical consultant but
from last one year i m working on oracle plslq tunning .

I m planning to move my carrier towards Performance side,if so then wat all i need to learn and areas to concentrate ? Any certifications ?.

Help me and guide me to scale myself best and become an performance analyst ?

Also let me know if moving from oracle ERP to PErfromance entering is a right choice ?

Start by following the usual DBA curriculum of OCA/OCP/OCM. Even if you don't bother to take the exams, you need to have the knowledge that those eams test.
