Do any of the userenv context variables give you what you need? For example,

orclz>
orclz> select sys_context('userenv','host') from dual;

SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','HOST')

This Function Working Well on Sql Level But Following Error Display on Screen sys_context must be declared in forms 6i

I Just Create Function It works with dba user but not working with other users i also give him rights given below

grant execute on get_context to tariq

What version of the DB are you using?
What is the code of the function?
Which user owns the function?
How are you calling the function in the form?
What error are you getting?

So you do not need to know anything about hosts, you need to know about users. Well, there is a userenv context variable that will tell you exactly what you need to know. Have you looked up the various userenv varaibles yet?
