What problem are you trying to solve? Why would every operating system account use its own database?
Do you plan to create a dual-boot machine? It would enable you to run those two databases one by one (but not simultaneously).
However, if you install one database on, say, Windows 8 (which will be a "host" operating system), you could also install a virtual machine which would run under Windows 7 (a "guest" operating system) and install another database on it. Doing so, you could use both databases at the same time, each on its own operating system.
