how can i recover only a table in oracle9i?
is it possible or not?

u can do what Mr.Sanjay said,
and there is other way too (i.e.) by using Flash back queries option.. Ofcourse for this u need to take some Configurations steps in prior, refer to Flashback Queries documentation in OTN.
