when i type "connect system/manager as sysdba" it gives me insufficent privileges error. so how can i overcome this problem becoz if i add sysdba privileges to system user through oracle navigator it gives me same error so plz help me to remove this erro

hi,
system will not have sysdba privilege attached...
all u need to do is connect as sys instead of system..
proceed as follows

connect sys as sysdba
change_on_install (default password)
