I've sucessfully installed Oracle on Win2000 Advanced Server, but this message pops out every time I restart the server. I tried to start this Agent manually, but it gives the same error.

"Could not start OracleOraHome81Agent" error #######
"Oracle failed to create/read queue file"

I'm sure that this problem someone have faced with before. Please, help!
Any help will be sincerely appreciated.

somehow, the machinename/hostname for tcp/ip and DNS entries are not the same.
Did u change the name of server?
check your hostname.
and make sure, the value is supplied in all
HOST entries in Listener.ora,tnsnames.ora and all config files.
then
delete the services.ora and all the "q" files (*.q) from the $Oracle_Home/network/agent directory.
re-start the Intelligent Agent.
