Hi,

I am getting 'REP-0820 Cannot import specified image' error, while trying to import an image.It is not corrupted, as i can open it in another app. It is of size 6KB, name is pic1.jpg.

Any idea what can be the issue?

What happens if you try to import some other image (different from "pic1.jpg")?

In that case, I'd say that pic1.jpg is corrupted. Get another copy of it.

Dont know the reason but following might work for you.


Open the image in the paint and then save it again by doing "save as" with same name.
