Hello Experts,

I took a schema export from 10.2.0.3.0(10gR2)on sunsolaris OS database and importing it to a 12.1.0.2.0(12cR2) Windows OS and i have this error while running through the parfile..

LRM-00109: could not open parameter file 'imp_woc.par'
LRM-00113: error when processing file 'imp_woc.par'

here are the contents of parfile USERID="/ as sysdba" DIRECTORY=DATA_PUMP_DIR DUMPFILE=exp_woc.dmp LOGFILE=impdp_woc.log

please help me with your suggestions..

either "imp_woc.par" does not exist where you indicted it should reside or it has wrong OS file permission mask.
