100501; Non -oracle exception [message #623313]

100501: non-oracle exception. This is somewhat different from what the same error mentioned in the forum.
I imported a dump file from the server which is running perfectly fine into my laptop, compiled all forms, proceedures, functions, triggers.

Data entry is possible at all levels by different users without any errors. In the final stage when one user changes the status to approved i get this error.

i have not changed any functions, proceedures or code after importing.

what would be the problem and how to solve it

Without knowing the exact line of code causing it we can't even begin to guess.
You need to debug your forms and work out the exact line throwing it.

Hi,

sorry, i am new to this oracle. i figured out that the it was not getting updated to table. solved the issue by increasing the sequence in that table and the problem was solved.
