Arabic Character report 10g send directly to printer prints junk [message #623282]

I have Arabic reports (Oracle Reports 10g) which have to be printed directly to printer in Character mode.It prints junk characters, but bitmap (PDF) prints correctly
Can any one help

Does font (you chose to display data in character mode) support Arabic characters?
