Hi,
I'm having problem with drop of an user. Our configuration is Oracle 8.1.6.3 on Solaris running multithreaded server.
Here is what's happening:
bash-2.05$ sqlplus system
SQL*Plus: Release 8.1.6.0.0 - Production on Thu Nov 21 09:23:53 2002

Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.6.3.0 - Production
With the Partitioning option
JServer Release 8.1.6.3.0 - Production
SQL> drop user harmony10 cascade;
drop user harmony10 cascade
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00052: maximum number of enqueue resources (1036) exceeded
SQL>
I do not want to change ENQUEUE_RESOURCES parameter in init.ora to something ridiculous. I suspect it is problem with shared_pool_size as ENQUEUE_RESOURCES should automatically adjusted by Oracle.
Thank you all,
Radek
