I have seen small bits of information on Oracle Journal but I have not found any solid information on how to implement this or details on it.

Could someone please send a link to some information on Oracle's journal capabilities and implementation instructions,..etc

You have to build this funcionality. The best way is using database triggers.

Please explain, I am very new to this. I just create triggers to put info into a special table when a change is detected?
