hello,
in attachment file,Lines related fields(border of fields) that no amount,do not show.
And it's not pretty.
Is there a way that the lines can be displayed?

There's no attachment.

Borders can be set in Format - Line - Border menu. Set their color by Paper Layout Editor's "Line Color" tool (located in the vertical toolbar).

How are these "empty" cells different from another ones you didn't circle, but are empty as well?

I suppose you set border for fields; did you set them for repeating frame as well? If not, try it.
