Hi ,
Could you tell me what is remote diagnostic agent and its purpose.I know something about it like it is a report
which is used to capture complete database health check if i am not wrong.
I am looking for step by step procedure to run this RDA.This report was asked by Oracle support when we raised a case
with them for database issues.

As you probably know (or, if you don't, I'm telling you now), this is just a forum. People visit it when they have some free time to spare. Most of OraFAQ Forum members have work to do and are payed for it. All answers they provide here is for free. Therefore, be patient. Someone who knows the answer might provide it (or might not; it depends on circumstances), but you can't expect anyone to leave his/her job in order to deal with your questions. You might ask the question elsewhere (note that it will, most probably, be reviewed by the same people as here as they visit more than a single forum). If you're in a hurry, consider hiring a consultant (will cost you much more (money) than anything you have to pay here).
As of me - sorry, I don't know the answer.
