We just upgraded to 90131 from 817. Most things went pretty well, Except: Intermittently some of our scheduled stored procedures are failing to reschedule.
They are not showing up as failed or broken. They simply fail to be schedule to execute at the next interval. We have not been able to recreate the problem on any other servers. The one we are having the most trouble with runs every 30 seconds. Its interval is 'sysdate + (30/(1440*60))'

If your job_queue_interval is > 30 (typically it's 60) then maybe you could have problems? How about submitting that job at higher intervals and then having it loop a few times with dbms_lock.sleep(30) in between loops?
