START DBCONSOLE - SYSTEM ERROR 3 [message #613012]

hello,

I installed ORACLE 11G. windows 7 professional 64bit

I have an error when trying to start dbconsole.

error message...

Are both Window Services for the database & listener started & running now?

post results from 2 OS commands below

lsnrctl status
lsnrctl service

DBConsoleorcl is starting. 
OracleDBConsoleorcl service was unable to start. 

System error. 

Error 3 System. 

The system can not find the path specified.

It appears that you have some sort of Windows mis-configuration; external to Oracle.

When was the last time EM started without error?
What changed since then?

I installed oracle last week.
the first time you try to enter "https://localhost:1158/em" I got an error.
the next day the manager "https://localhost:1158/em" not displaying in the browser.

During this last week we have installed automatic updates for Windows

I began to investigate and I have not reached a soluction

In conclusion after installation I could not start oracle
