i have the emp view object and i want to add the department from dept .for this i have create deptlov viewobject in which two colu deptno and dname is select.then i go to emp view object and select deptno attribute for the list of values and select source menu deptlov and list of attribute dropdown list deptno select.....in bottom there are two col one for the list attribute and one for the view attribute in view attribute i select deptno and in list attribute also deptno ...but not required out put shown.
My requirment to show the department name in list and in back end deptno is save.....how i can do this...
