hi @ all ...

i have a simple question, normally you install oracle forms 5.0 with the client version 7.0.! now to my question, does anybody know if forms 5.0 works with client version 8.0 or does that make any problems!?

We have in house Forms 5 and Reports 4.5 on 8.1.5 EE database and clients 8.1.5 as well. No problems so far.

It Definitely worrks for sure, but definitely u will not be able to portray Object types, nested tables kinda things in the forms ver 5.
