Dear all,
Did you backup the OCR using EXPORT command? i backup it, there is a error returned, what is the reason?
[root@node1 ocrbak]# /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1/bin/ocrconfig -export /u01/app/oracle/ocr_export140210_06.bak
PROT-4: Failed to retrieve data from the cluster registry

The ocr checked success,but it can not backup,how can i fix it?

I would think your best bet is to raise a TAR, which you can do if you have bought a sustaining support contract from Oracle. That release is so old that I, for one, can't pretend to assist.
