I have letter Report, 1st page im designed in the header section, 2nd page i am designed at Main Section,
well i m having a 'Heading or Text' in the Header section(2nd page), ok when i run the report,
the heading is displaying both in the 2nd and 3rd page, it should not display in the 3rd page, it should
display only in 2nd page!

how to set the parameter for that.

I have set: 

Print Object on  : First Page
Base Printing On : Anchoring object.

For which object(s) did you set these properties? Labels, its frame, repeating frame, ...? Why did you base printing on anchoring and not enclosing object?

After you check and modify properties but nothing does the job, consider moving labels out of that frame so that it really is displayed on the first page only.

I set it on the repeating frame only, the first page generated correctly, second page also correctly generated,
but the 3rdly a empty page is repeating, how to remove the 3rd emtpy page?

first 2 pages only to be generated, how to avoid the third page?

How is your second message ("the third (empty) page gets created") related to your first message ("heading is printed on the third page")?

Check whether some frame has fixed vertical size, so it spans to the next page which remained empty. While in previewer, select one of objects on the second page and then navigate to the third page. Select that object's parent frame (there's an icon in the toolbar that does so) - it'll show you what is actually located on the third page, so that you could fix it.

The heading get solved. well there is no any objects parent frame selected on the third page.
now i have put the first report in the Main Section, second report on the trailer section,
but again there lefted a 3rd page empty!

you can check the attachment with this, the 3rd page comes i should avoid the 3rd page how to do this?

The Frame or the repeating frame on the 2nd page Extends to 3rd page also how to block it coming into third page?

Try to set all frames' "vertical elasticity" property to variable so that they extend if necessary, but also shrink according to amount of data they contain.
