Hello,
In the init<sid>.ora
db_block_buffers,log_buffer and shared_pool_size are some of the parameters which affect your SGA.
(These information are very much available in all Oracle Documentations)

It depends of your Oracle version:
8, 8i
db_block_size=
db_block_buffers=
shared_pool_size=
java_pool_size=
large_pool_size=
log_buffer=
9i:
db_cache_size=
shared_pool_size=
java_pool_size=
large_pool_size=
log_buffer=
If you need script to calculate the optimal SGA size, check out This script
Hope that helps,
