Hi,
Is there any way to Create a DB Link(Oracle8i) using Port 80.
Can we make the Database listener listen to port80?

Thanks in Advance,
ModemS.

i dont see any direct relation between a dblink and port.
generally port 8080 is used by webservers.
even with oracle, it is used by apache HTTP server.
port 7778 - servlet engine
1521, 1526 - oracle listener
theese are just defaults. You can use anyport u want.
