Hi,
I'm trying to backup (with Veeam Backup 6.5) VMs (W2K8 R2 / Oracle 11.2.0.3) using Oracle VSS writer but it fails.
vssadmin list writers command shows that the state of the writer is "failed" / last error is "Retryable error"
In the Windows Application log, the error is:
"Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine XML document is too long. hr = 0x80070018, The program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.

This problem appears on all the VMs using the same version of Oracle.
is there a patch that fixes that issue ?
Anybody encountered the same problem ?
