I need to update the project budget, but I have no knowledge of what I should do or what is the process I must follow to update, for example if there is a sequence of procedures to be run. If someone could help me I would appreciate some pointers. Thanks;)

Common, how to understand your requirement if you don't mention it clearly. If I just tell you that my car doesn't go, how to make it go. Would you understand even a bit.

So please explain what you are doing, what have you already done till now, what are the rules to write the code, what are the inputs.

Are you following the sample code in the MOS articles, or the examples in the Projects APIs doc?

Sorry its my first job with using API.. Im reading http://docs.oracle.com/cd/A85683_01/acrobat/amgtrm.pdf I think that the I need to use its un page 147.
