The Services Business Analyst will be both a technical and a functional expert in end-to-end Services business solutions across multiple platforms, including configuration, setups, interfaces and data flows. The Services Business Analyst will have deep knowledge in both Oracle ERP modules and non-Oracle solutions, be capable of providing an industry best practice solution set recommendation for the Services business, possessing proficient configuration knowledge, and lead a team of internal and external developers to support the growth and sustainability of clients Services Business solutions. The successful candidate will understand end to end Services business processes such as Services Profitability, Services Project Management, Resource/Skills Management, Reporting & Analytics, and Master Data Management and demonstrate expert capability in building business relationships, gathering and clarifying business requirements, translating requirements into low level design documents, and partnering with the development team to carry forward system changes and enhancements through to production.
Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience with Services SaaS and other 3rd party Professional Services Automation (PSA) software solutions (e.g., Netsuite Open Air, Financial Force, Planview, Projector PSA, Epicor PSA, Clarizen, Agresso, or other like solutions)
• Must be able to leverage Oracle integration knowledge in Service Contracts, Installed Base and OBIA modules
• Must have strong track record of designing and implementing end to end Services systems, tools, processes and solutions
• Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
Required Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, or IT related field (or minimum 10 years of hands-on, relevant, technical work experience)
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience designing and implementing Oracle and non-Oracle Services applications
