If anybody knows are there any on-going OEBS implementations located in Russia?

"Here" is the right place. However, most "discussions" here mean "someone asks a question and nobody replies" or, if you are lucky, you get a reply or two (which includes my occasional instructions to look for help elsewhere, such as OTN forums). Unfortunately, we lack in skilled EBS people here and most discussions are dead before they've even started.

Thanks for advice, I will hope to appear lucky enough to get some news from OEBS field. Also will go other forums.
