I am using hide/show region and have requirement to prevent user from hiding (collapsing) the region if field within it is not null.

Is it possible that I can make the region a normal region from show/hide region by use of dynamic action? If not, is it possible to throw an error/warning when user tries to collapse the region.

Appreciate your suggestions.
