How about a name tag [name] in the forums? [message #596050]

Hi,

Usually when someone addresses us in any post, we are notified if we have participated in the thread. How about having a name tag, such that, if some just uses the name tag and the user gets notified and directly pointed to the thread. Else, we need to check the posts in the forums and go one-by-one. I am not saying we need to skip reading the entire thread and jump to a particular post. However, it could make it easy to identify if someone has referred our name.

Could be like - [ name] Littlefoot [/name], and it would be highlighted as, for example Littlefoot

I'm not particularly interested in reading every message that mentions "Littlefoot" in any context.

lets add a dislike category here too ... My vote goes to LittleFoot

so the fact that he didn't actually push the button doesn't mean that he changed his mind.

Anyway: I was just kidding here. It is perfectly normal that not everyone likes everyone so /forum/fa/3314/0/

I stay with my initial message here: not interested.

It was just as an example I used your username in my post. LF was the first name I realized when the name tag clicked my mind. It could be anyone, just a suggestion to quick tag someone.
