I am creating a simple data entry form in APEX. I tried creating it 4 times using the same steps, 3 of the 4 times when I ran it I got the following error: ORA-01403: no data found, error unable to fetch row (cant post a picture of it). I recreated it a few times and suddenly it started working but I used the same steps all of the times. Could anyone give me a hint as to the cause of this error?

ORA-01403: no data found
 *Cause: No data was found from the objects.
 *Action: There was no data from the objects which may be due to end of fetch.

You should have run the form in debug mode; it would have told you what caused the error, so it would be possible to investigate it further. Now, as it seems to be working OK, who knows ... maybe it was you who modified something (so your steps weren't exactly the same), or someone entered data that was missing, or ... /forum/fa/3314/0/
