The two files should be saved under the directory $ORACLE_ADMIN/sid/
but i couldnot find them after installation. is that because i missed creating scripts step during installation? how can i rebuild the two files?

Yes.

You have to save the files in order for them to appear on your file system.

how to rebuild them ?? - simple repeat the db creation procedure and choose to save the files. Then don't execute the creation process further. And you will have the scripts..
