I'm facing an issue in Bi Publisher report.

I have a location LOV which shows all location values and user can take location from that value.
Now in report layout we have a filed where this location values shows.

Issue is location value in report layout is showing previously selected value not currently selected location.
That means it's not refreshing and sticking ti old values in each run.

Can you please tell me the reason behind this.
