hello,
i want to fetch the data in my form from table, by using item_code.
eg when i write the item_code its value get matched in same table and fetch the another
columns by item_code.

I'm afraid I don't understand the question. What is ITEM_CODE? Could you describe it once again, providing some more details?
By the way, what is your working environment (operating system, database, Forms)?
