I have some text indexes on a table.

Now my question is, Does text indexes Impacts performance of insert, update or delete activities?

I believe there would be some negligible impact, but nothing significant. Any insert, update, or delete would affect the domain index tables. The extent of the impact would depend on whether your index parameters include transactional or sync(on commit) or if such things are delayed and processed later.
