Hello Michael Sir,
Iam Sorry for my way of questioning,as iam a begineer to this field, iam just learning things from people through forum, whenever a datapump job running, a table with the job name will be created and will be deleted once the job is over, for example, SYS_EXPORT_XXXX_01. Oracle understands that job is running through the table created,
am i correct ?
With Thanks,
Yours Sincerely,
Rajagopal S.

Yes and no.
There is a row in the table giving the status.
But there is also a X$ table for the running data pump jobs.
Have a look at the definition of DBA_DATAPUMP_JOBS view, the question is answered there.
Regards
Michel
