I want to run a Job when Oracle Server Starts. Please tell me how to do it .

you can use an after startup trigger ( in 8i and above ) to run the stored procedure or sql statement
that does the job.
something like this
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER fires_after_startup
AFTER STARTUP ON DATABASE
begin
  do_this...
  do_that...
end;
