I use script "create pfile from spfile;" After I delete the file "inti.ora".
then I search the file "init.ora",but I can not find the file.
where does the pfile go?

The file is not named "init.ora" but "init<ISD>.ora".
It should be in %ORACLE_HOME%\database (or maybe %ORACLE_HOME%\dbs) where ORACLE_HOME is the one the instance (not yours).

But, what does the file "init.ora" in "..10.2.0\admin\orcl\pfile" do?

Nothing if you don't call it.

For instance, on my laptop, I have a pfile in %ORACLE_HOME%\database named init.MIKE.ora which contains only one line (I obfuscate the path):

ifile = %ORACLE_BASE%\Admin\MIKE\Pfile\init.ora

which means that the actual parameter file is in the Admin directory but allows me to start the database without naming the actual parameter file in the "startup" command.
