Dear Experts
I use Oracle 10G, and as the Oracle Metalink is about to discontinue their support after July 2013, is there an alternate way to obtain support from any other 3rd party vendors

what kind of "support" do you require?
Your alternatives are support from Oracle or no support.

Dear BlackSwan
I mean a support like Oracle Metalink, but from other vendors or companies, and Metalink support isnt available to me after July 2013

And Blackswan's answer is clear, imo:

Let's be clear about what discontinuing support means:
It doesn't mean you will no longer have access to metalink.
It means that if you find any oracle bugs oracle will not try and fix them but instead tell you to upgrade to a supported version. If the bug is the supported version as well they will fix it in that.

You can buy support from anyone. For example, if you want support from Oracle Certified Masters and Professionals, my boss will happily sell you a contract. We can't write bug fixes, but we can do everything else - including (perhaps) finding techniques for avoiding hitting bugs.
This forum is not meant to be used for marketing purposes, but you did ask Smile
