Hi,
I'm trying to get my forms 10g configured to run forms locally. But when I run the form, an IE window and an "oracle developer forms runtime" pops up, and eventually stalls with the frm-92101 "There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration..." error.
It would seem that my manual configurations are not quite right.
I have used 2 tutorials, but I can't post links yet (it requires 5 posts), so I'll upload a file with them in it.
I have made the following changes to my configuration files:
formsweb.cfg (found in C:\DevSuiteHome_1\forms\server)
-- see the file (again with the links thing)
application.env (I created this file based on default.env)
I changed the forms_path to
FORMS_PATH= C:\SERP Development\Oracle Forms Objects 11g\Source; (which is my form source directory)
(feel free to correct my setup)
The runtime url I use is : --see the file, again (sorry guys!)
Is there something glaring that I'm not seeing or doing?
I'm just hoping to get this thing running so I can finish the last leg of the project I'm working on!
