Parameter Session Value Instance Value
----------------------------------- ----------------------------------- -----------------------------------
_library_cache_advice TRUE TRUE

Sorry for this basic question!
What is exactly _library_cache_advice? and the impact from disabling (TRUE -> FALSE)?
I searched sources, but couldn't find a clear answer.

ANY & EVERY parameter that has a left most underscore character is "undocumented" & is reserved for EXCLUSIVE use by Oracle Corp.
Any change should only occur when directed to do so by Oracle Support.
You should ignore any & all of these parameters.
