I installed this OEM, but I got problem of starting the Oracle Management Server service on Local computer. It gave me the error:

Error 997: Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

did you create a repository??
else, run EMCA to create a repository and try again.

It's me again. I tried to reboot the PC, and restart the Oracle Management Server service.

I got this different error:
Could not start the Oracle ORA_HOME Management Server Service on local computer.

The service did not return an error. This could be an internal windows errors or an internal service error.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
