to all admins,
help!!!... our server is currently experiencing internal error messages. our system is using SunOS 5.7 and using Oracle 7.3.3.0 version.
there are no corrupted datafiles, and the only problem i saw in the trace was ....

"ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments:[[17033]], [[509]], [[128]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]"

our initial action is to shutdown and re-start the database. however, i think this course of action will not help solve our problem. we have already experienced this problem around 7-8 times.
please reply ASAP if you know any tips/sol'n to this problem.

i beleive, this is a problem (bug??) very exclusive to 7.3.x.
try applying 7.3.4.3 patchset
else
upgrade to a higher version.

dear mahesh,
thanks for the reply!.. this morning we encountered the same problem again. it has the same characteristics as before. where now looking into the possibility of hardware failure.
btw, i would greatly appreciate it if you can tell me where to get the 7.3.4.3 patchset... were now on a standard red-alert because of this problem.
